The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people thanks to its 2 bedrooms.

You will find :

• Two bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other flexible with either two single beds or a double bed.
• Bathrooms: a renovated bathroom with a spacious shower and separate toilet.
• Living space: bright and welcoming, with a dining table, a comfortable living room, and a small play area.
• Access the cross-balconies to enjoy breathtaking views of the Mont Blanc massif and surrounding peaks. (Please note: the fireplace is purely decorative.)
• Kitchen: fully equipped with modern appliances, a large refrigerator, and a charming coffee corner with mountain views.
• Parking: a private parking space is included.

IDEAL FOR COMBINING SKIING AND LOCAL LIFE

Just a 5-minute walk from Place du Mont-Blanc and the main bus station, this apartment offers the best of both worlds: the comfort of the city center and the peaceful charm of a residential neighborhood. Here, you are close to everything while staying immersed in the authentic soul of Chamonix.

Shuttle buses and public transport: the Place du Mont-Blanc stop and the main bus station allow you to reach all ski areas – Brévent, Flégère, Grands Montets, Le Tour, Les Houches – as well as the Aiguille du Midi and Montenvers.

Cross-country skiing: access the Nordic loops of Bois du Bouchet and more than 50 km of valley ski trails directly from the village.

Hiking: Grand Balcon Nord/Sud, Plan de l’Aiguille–Montenvers, and Lac Blanc via Flégère are classic routes starting from the center or just a few minutes by cable car.
