Nestled in the Prarion area in Les Houches, this chalet, built at the end of 2004, benefits from a privileged location where sunshine is present all year round, on a plot of approximately 1,000 m².

The chalet is composed of :

• Ground floor: an entrance with storage closets, a kitchen, a dining room, and a large warm living room with a wood-burning stove. This level also includes a double bedroom with an adjoining bathroom and storage closets.
• First floor: a spacious master suite with dressing room, full bathroom, balcony, and exceptional views of Mont Blanc.
• Two other en-suite bedrooms, each with a dressing room and private bathroom.
• One room converted into an office.

In addition, the chalet includes a garage and a basement converted into a games room, providing extra spaces ideal for family life or relaxation.
