MAIN LEVEL:
– 2 large Bedrooms (21m² and 17 m²) with full ensuite bathroom
– Entrance with ski room and boot dryer
– Open BOFFI kitchen with wine cellar
– Dining area seating 12 comfortably
– Fireplace area with 2 large sofas for sharing good times together
– Lounge area with incredible views of Mont Blanc
– Large terrace facing Mont Blanc with summer kitchen including gas BBQ and fridge. Private garden.

GROUND FLOOR :
– 4 Bedrooms with full ensuite bathroom. 3 of the bedrooms can be set up either as double or single depending on your requirements. The 4th bedroom is 2 single beds.
– 60m² relaxation area with Hammam, sauna and shower area giving access to the Scandinavian whirlpool bath outside
– 22 m2 gym with weights, rowing machine and walking machine
