Whether you’re visiting with family or friends, this 5-bedroom chalet offers all the comfort and commodities you would need.

Each bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with Italian showers, and two of the rooms also include bathtubs. All beds can be set up as singles or doubles to suit your group’s combination. A recent outdoor jacuzzi from 2024 is to your exclusive use. Enjoy the breathtaking views from the large terrace.

Kids will LOVE the entertainment room located under the garage, equipped with a football table, video projector, and games console—perfect for cozy evenings in.

The chalet is ideally positioned beside a baby ski slope making it perfect for learning to ski at an affordable cost. It transforms into a fun sliding area at night!!! The communal ice skating rink is just at the bottom of the hill, offering even more winter fun. Situated on a peaceful street, you’ll enjoy tranquility (especially with children) while being close to all the action.

Les Houches village is just a 5-minute downhill walk (10 minutes uphill), where you’ll find everything you need—grocery stores, restaurants, wine bars, ski rental shops, and more. The bus stop is nearby for easy access to the Chamonix town.

The main living area features an open-plan kitchen with all the equipment needed to prepare meals fro groups, a large dining table, and a comfortable lounge area with an electric fireplace the fire. There’s also a spare room in the basement with a sofa bed, ideal for extra guests (please note this room has no windows).

Full laundry facilities available, garage, ski room, and parking for up to 3 cars.
