Selection Criteria

1. Financial Capacity The total monthly rent including charges must not exceed 45% of the household’s net monthly income. All stable and verifiable income is taken into account: salaries, self-employment income, pensions, housing benefits, etc.

2. Professional Situation All professional situations are acceptable provided the applicant is able to demonstrate regular and sufficient income in line with the financial criterion above: employee, self-employed, sole trader, retired, etc. Stability is assessed through the supporting documents provided, not through employment status.

3. Completeness of Application The application must be complete and consistent with the documents listed under the decree of 5 November 2015. An incomplete application cannot be reviewed.

  • Valid proof of identity
  • Proof of current address
  • Proof of income (last 3 payslips, latest tax assessment, etc.)
